Project outputs’ valorisation and dissemination
Objectives
Design, construct and efficient dissemination of pertinent information products, for different pre-selected target audiences (Mercosur, EU, internal, external, public, private, scientific, EC, …). The slogan of this WP, is “Information only has a value, if timely read by the appropriate customer”.
Description of work
• Web-site construction & maintenance
• Formulation of a strategy for the optimisation of expected output products
and their priority target audiences. This activity will be conducted in close
collaboration with the DGs involved. It is contemplated to perform this task
as part of a SC meeting in Brussels, inviting relevant specialists and close
stakeholders (from the 3 key audiences: policy makers, private agri-sector and
academia).
• Production of the selected and redesigned innovative materials, and
their appropriate diffusion, by the most efficient and cost-effective ways (e-mail
& Internet playing a large role). Besides, scientific publications will
be generated and diffused in the appropriate for a and journals.
• Face-to-face diffusion in the EU and in the Mercosur depends on the
opportunities to integrate with other events, since after the initial budget
cut, there are no (more) specific funds earmarked for this activity (envisioning
close collaboration with relevant DGs).
